Always test color with a test panel before painting.
Do not sand between colorcoats or before clearcoat.
Touch-Up Pens: Depress tip to start paint flowing. Do not hold tip in for extended period of time. Just get some paint on the tip and proceed with touch-up. Do not depress tip while performing actual touch-up procedure; paint can run quickly out of the pen causing damage to the vehicle.
Wetsanding, polishing, waxing, and buffing can be performed 5 days after paintjob has been completed.
If paint looks dull or hazy after final clearcoat, there is a slight amount of moisture causing the dullness. After clearcoat is thoroughly dry (5+ days), polishing or buffing compound will restore the gloss.

Check your color with a spray-out. If color looks correct, proceed to next step. If the color is incorrect, stop and contact us.
3. Masking
Masking off area to be repaired, mask very thoroughly to avoided unwanted over spray damage.
4. Pref Surface
Prep surface with A-4638 Wax & Grease Remover. If any area of masking is wet, re-mask the area.
5. Sanding
Sand repair area with 600 Grit Sandpaper. Make the area as smooth as possible. Also be sure all gloss has been removed from any areas that will be painted.
6. Primer
Apply Primer by following instructions on the can. Lightly sand any blemishes or dirt in the area that is being primered. if you sand through the Primer to the surface underneath, reapply primer.
7. Re-Mask
Tip: Loosely fold the Masking Tape along side the length of the tape without making a crease. Place the masking tape with the folded side facing toward the area to be painted.
You can also cut out a circle out of a cardboard and hold it a few inches away from the surface to be painted. Spray the paint over where you cut out the cardboard and the paint will be applied without sharp edge.This will allow you to paint the area without making a sharp line.
8. Apply Color
Apply Color by following the instructions on the can. Apply color in light, even coats. It usually takes 2-3 coats to cover the area. It is very important to follow the instructions on the can.
9. Appy Clear
After 30-60 minutes Apply Clearcoat. Follow all instructions on the clear can.
10. Completed
After 5 days, you can use a Wax or Compound on the repaired area. For any products used, follow all instructions of the manufacturer.
